Hormonal Imbalances

Since last 1 year fasting sugar 107 and post sugar ok. In december post sugar increased by 10points over the accepted levels. done hb1ac in december 16 result 6.3 and in april 5 again 6.3 i have changed life style going 45 mts for walk , stopped taking rice in night and morning. taking roti/ oats . takign tea in morning and rest 2 times green tea . even then changing lifestyle still i have got 6.3 in April. My height is 5.7 and weight is 69kgs. Cholestrol normal level. Family history of sugar NIL. what more measures should i take to reduce the hb1ac levels beloe 6.3. is there any possibility to reduce glucose levels without taking pills. should i go for some more tests?

I recently went to the emergency room for kidney stones (2nd time in 7 years). My glucose was at 138. I hadn't eaten or drank that morning, had been awake for about 2-3 hours (from 5:30 to about 8 AM). Not sure if they took blood before or after giving me drugs/fluids. I wasn't paying attention to time after about 8, when they took me in. ER doc didn't mention any concerns. I'm 34 years old, 5'8, 142lbs, otherwise in good health. Should I consult my pcp For further diabetes tests?

Sir I feels chakkar all time and weakness from last 15-20 days, what to do sir I was Diabetes patient PP - 100,Fasting - 200-250 it varies I  take Piosys 30 mg one time in day at breakfast at 8 am ,4 Time  Eurepa.5, 2 Time Vobit.2,  Basalog at 10 unit at 10 pm.& Tab CTD for BP ,Sir please tell me any Medicine for  chakkar and weakness I take Tab sturegon 20 days but It not help,K kindly tell me anything I was in big trouble

I am a little worried about my Father as his weight is losing drastically since past few days.
