Hormonal Imbalances

I have diabetes from last 10 yrs. And now a days i feel swelling in my anklet joint. Musculler pain also give trouble in day to day activity. Feeling week.

I am taking Gemer2 mg 1-0-1 before food & Janumet 50/500 mg 0-1-0 after food. But still my fasting Sugar is not reducing below 250.

I was asked to take Zoryl M1 but somehow i got the wrong tablets which says Zoryl 1. So, are Zoryl 1 and zoryl M1 same or different one ? Thanks in advance.

Dear sir My sugar fluctuating a lot. I take 10 units of insugen r in morning,afternoon and night. And 6 units of lantus in night. My sugar goes down in night around 2-3am. (AVG AROUND 40-45) And then shoots up in the morning.(190-240) I tried not to take evening dosages as suggested by my doctor,but even then there are fluctuations.. . Kindly help for a solution.
