Diabetes not in control
My mother is diabetic since 6 years. She was taking Glimestar m1 once a day after meal, recently she switched to Amary 1mg before meal once a day followed by dietary plan and exercise. However her sugar level is not under control, it is 180 to 200 after meal. Please suggest if we have to increase the dose or if we have to change the medicine??

We need to know why she was shifted to the new medicine. It is of a lower power as compared to the previous medicine. It could be the reason behind her uncontrolled sugar levels currently.
