Shakiness, hunger, confusion when waking

Each morning I feel shaky extremely hungry (more than usual) and confused when waking. I am educated on diabetes and tested myself on a friends meter in the morning once and it said my BGL was 36 mg/dL! My TSH level is more than 100.

I have sever ache in every joint of my body. My body is very weak also. Recently I had done the test of TSH in which my TSH level was more than 80. To confirm that I again retest from another diagnostic centre in which the TSH level is more than 100. T3 & T4 is also not in the parameters that is shown in the report.
