Hi, I am having irregular periods since few years and I was taking homeopathic medicines.I got my ultrasound done, the lady said earlier I have syst as per my reports, then I went down to homeopathic doctor. Took those medicines for conteously 9 months, In first 3-4 months my periods got regular, I thought I will be fine but after that my periods were again irregular. However, back to back ౩-4 months my periods skipped and i put on weight and my breasts felt so heavy and felt like they will burst as something is yelling out to come out but something has stopped. Then when one night my Mom gave me hot milk mixed with turmeric powder and then I got my periods. During that time I felt so weak as there was too much blood flow, for about 7-10 days. After that my breasts size was normal and my weight also came down to normal. But still this problem has not been sorted. I stopped taking those medicines since (2016 November). Please help me recover my problem.

I have sugar levels at fasting 160, post lunch 256. please suggest me diet control. And how to balance my sugar levels.

My sugar test are-: insulin fasting serum-7.40µU/mL postprandial-9.8µU/mL is it normal or not?? i got advised from here to test..

Hello Sir​/ Madam I'm writing this on behalf of my mother she's 51yrs age she has diabetes & it's very high before meal it's 310 & after meals also it's above 300 it's 304 like this and she's taking Glysipage G2 tablet now but still it's not under control and it's not coming to normal so I want to know how to get it under control . She goes for walk daily but still not able to get it normal.
