Hormonal Imbalances

Can u pls help me understand the thyroid test result I recently got for my wife. She is already taking 75mg thyroxin since 2 years. Is it ok to continue the same or should the dosage be changed ? Please suggest.

My tsh is 107, and i have been diagonized for hypothyroidism for a year n a half. I am on 50 mcg of thyronorm. I have not put on weight nor decreased.

Right lobe of thyroid Sol 3.4×2.8×2.5 in size.left lobe is normal except two tiny cyst.few enlarged lymph nodes.1.2×0.5 in right side and 1.1×0.5 in left side

I have done my test of Urine Albumin Creatinine Ration and the result was Urinary Creatinine : 48.2 Urinary Albumin : 40.5 Ratio : 0.8 Please consult that is that a panic situation or not. My HBA1C is 10.2 BSF 205

My husband is a diabetes patient but he likes to drink beer once or twice in a week. I just want to know that is it safe for his health or if yes so what is the moderate amount or it is not safe or good.

Dear Doctor. Iam a 32 year old female with 2 C-sections.My 2nd kid is 4 years old. Last year my doctor said i had hypothyroidism. My Thyroid levels on 15/08/16 were T3 - 101.90 ng/dl T4 - 7.16 microgram/dl TSH - 6.680 µIU/ml After taking thyroxine 50mg for 3 months, My levels are On 04/04/2017 T3 - 1.15 ng/mL T4 - 10.96 µg/dL TSH - 0.61 µIU/mL Kindly advice what should be my next step. On 20th march 2017 he was diagonised with diabetes as is sugar levels were high 590. His hb1ac was 10.2 %. He is on insulin since then. How do we make sure wheter it is type 1 diabetes or there may be some infection in his pancreas or any other reason which is making the sugar level to spike. Here in my town the doctors claim it to be type 1 but they havent done any physical test for seeing pancreas. Please suggest what should we do. If it is type 1...is there any safe cure??

I have done some tests and came to know my thyroid TSH is high.. i did 3 tests over a period of 3 months. First it came out 5.5 then 7 then 3.6 and yesterday i did and its 5.3

Whenever arm is stretched, a shock like pain in the arm and/or joint is felt which subsides after 5-10minutes. The other complaint is constant numbness in the tiny and ring finger for days together. Tried Jubinerv for 15 days but no use. Iam a type 2 diabetic.
