Periods delay
From last 4-5 months my date of periods are changing,every 5 days the date is increasing and this month its about 10 days late

Hello.. Well dear in the initial few years of menses you will definitely have irregular menstrual cycles and it's normal too as it is the stage of hormonal changes ..so you need not worry about it.. make sure you keep yourself hydrated and tell us if you pass more clots...thank you

Hello....... In early days of menarche this problem wil be there due to variation in harmonal variation ....stress, sickness,  emotional disturbance,  sleep problem can delay periods...  Harmonal variation can alter periods..... Consult gynaecologist once,have nutritional food and sleep well..
