Hello Doc, i have been facing this issue of man breast since 3-4 years back, by that time it was not that noticeable, right now i am 19 year old, i thought it was fat problem so i worked out in the gym to reduce my belly fat.,still those implants show in my both side of chest, how can i identify if its fat or the gynecomastia, you must be aware with how embarrassing it is,when u cant swim without wearing T-shirt, or cant takeoff shirts..please help..

My FBS test value is 132 but next day Radom blood sugar after 2 hour of meal is 97 .So am I diabetes or prediabetes? Can I feel relief or not ?,

Hello I'm 24 and my breast size is very small how can I increase my breast size without undergoing surgery.
