Hello..
Well dear we need to find out the size of constant vomiting as diabetic patient will have higher chance of going to low sodium levels....and moreover because of frequent vomiting and taking insulin you will have higher chances of going to hypoglycemia too..so please meet a physician and it's better to get admitted...thank you
