Can I take bio identical hormones to deal with low levels of hormones associated with PCOS? I feel like that I didn't develop well during puberty and so if this can help overcome that?

Hii i am 55 yrs old. I went for hb1ac test 2 months back and was given the impression of being diabetic with hb1ac% of 7.8. This happened post urine infection when i was put on a lot of antibiotics for over a period of 3 months. Now 5 days back i went to a physician to talk abt prev diabetes report i was told to get fasting and post prandial test. My fasting sugar was 75 and post prandial was 104. Why is there so much difference in both results. What to believe what to not. Should i take meds or not. Kindly suggest?

I tested for fasting blood glucose on 20/9/23. It is 110. Last time four months ago, it was 99. Should I start medication or can this be corrected with lifestyle changes. I work out six days a week regularly and maintain a good diet. I eat sweets moderately. Is there any suggestion. Thanks.

My TSH went from 49 to 0.13 in just one month. I was on 100mcg of levothyroxine. Now the doctor has reduced my dosage to 75mcg. I am worried that is 75mcg a high dose as my TSH has gone already low.
