My father's TSH level was 6.46 in March 2023(t3,t4 was normal)..He is taking thyronorm 75 mg since that time..In yesterday's bloodwork also t3,t4 is normal but tsh has become <0.01..Kindly tell me whether it's a serious condition or not.Im worried about his health

Are beta blockers medicine safe in diabetic patients ? If yes then it is ok . But if it is not safe So Why ?

My Hb1Ac was 6.1,now It's 6.5.I am 48 yrs old and am on Glimepride,Pioglitazone and MF regimen.Should I continue the same or any +/- to this.

I'm using basugine 100iu in night with 30 units and vildagliptin and metformin combination 50/500 in the morning and night. While using sometimes I feel that hypoglycemia in the nights can I use vildagliptin 50/500 doses in the morning and afternoon, how much time does vildagliptin lasts in the body.

Thanks in advance My self karthick 31years old 6feet and 110kg having recently diagnosed diabetic one month before while during kidney stone surgery . I am on insulin mrng 15 afternoon trajenta 5 mg and night 10. Now after 1 month of insulin bg level reduced to fasting around 95-120 pp 160-180after two hours and 140-160 after threr houra of eating and random around 130-160. But my HBA1C level shows that during surgery is 9.6%. After one month it reduced to 9%. Is it ok i am continuing medicines and more than 7 km walking per day and 12 hrs fasting night 8 to mrng 8. I am avoiding sugar also

My dad's HbA1C reading shows 7.5 and his glucose post Prandial is 145.5 while all other observations are normal. Should he take diabetic medicine or can he control with proper diet ? If so what should be his everyday vegetarian diet plan ? What are fruits he isn't supposed to eat? Please help.

My  testosterone level turned out to be 287 ng/dl It's the low end of normal range isn't it. Will it help to increase it and how?

My mother has diabetes since 1 year. Her HBA1c is 7.2. However, she also has knee osteoarthritis since last 5 years. The only option is to do a knee replacement surgery. In this condition, what can we do to control her diabetes as she is unable to do any kind of exercise - unable to do too much walking, cannot climb stairs etc. What options for exercise do we have for diabetes management? Please advise.
