I am 40 year lady recently have checkup of SUGAR and it's result is 125 I have only taken lunch and in evening 8:00 pm  have given sample but I have taken packed  britania small cake 5:30 pm and test sample 8:00 doesn't it count fasting sugar test or random test Tell me is it sugar or not 125

My blood sugar level after eating was 114. Is it normal Or in the higher end? I did the test 1 hour after eating.
