My husband has diabetes. He is 33 weight 75kg. His random sugar levels after taking metformin 500 twice a day is 120. He plays for an hour so everyday and eats all three meals. He has a controlled diet. No white sugar, very less rice( once a month). But at night he feels tired a lot. Please tell that is this ok.

Long standing diabetes may cause vit B12 deficiency. Check for it. Also do a HbA1C.
Health Tips
Do a CBG check before sleep for hypoglycemia. Or you can do Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM).

He might go in for low sugars at night .. when tired u need to check his sugars .. secondly 3 meals is not enough . U need to eat for 6 times .. if u could connect I'll explain in detail
