Could be ..based on family history and lifestyle as well.. do some exercises .. dietary control and losing extra weight in case if ur overweight .. this will help..keep monitoring sugars once in 3 months ..connect for guidance

No you don’t have chance now but if you indulge in too much sweet intake then yes you might. Secondly if there is family history of diabetes then chance increases

Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid rice during night. As of now it is normal.
