HBA1C 5.6 is saying that I m at risk?
My mother got diabetes at the early age of 30's
I do have little raise in my fasting sugar levels during my pregnancy <110 and I have been monitoring my sugar levels and whenever I do check it is 5.6 ,always on the border,is it saying i m at risk of developing diabetes.
please suggest necessary preparations to avoid
