Hi, Could you please provide me more details. Since how many years you are diabetic? How long are using janumap50/500 I need fasting blood sugar and post prandial values. If i can get these details i will be able to prescribe medicine. Based on the values i will change your diabetic medicine. If possible kindly consult.

If sugars are high. You need not worry. Kindly consult. Do diabetic diet. Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid oily foods and junk foods.
