Regarding HBA1C value
Hi Sir/madam my name is Anand my age 33years my current weight 89 after diet previous month my weight 94 kgs and I have HTN currently iam using Telma CT 80mg my BP was normal my doubt is in January month my HBA1C value 5.1,Feb also 5.1 and today HBA1C value 5.3 why increased this month every thing is normal cholesterol,TSH,uric acid,vit d3 ,vit b12.. currently iam flowing diet plan for reducing weight...i am getting fear why HBA1c value increasing please suggest...Tq

BP and diabetes are synergy to each other, you are 33 yrs too early to get hypertension and obesity , you need to take care of diet , start diabetic diet and regular exercise to control hypertension and sugar and weight

Mild fluctuation in hb1c level in different occasion is normal, you just check your fasting blood sugar and post mealblood sugar.

HBA1c is the average value and it can vary if you did in 2 different lab or also with diet. Until and unless it is within the normal range you have nothing to worry about.
