Hii.. In pregnancy u need to control your blood sugar for good foetal outcome. Its important to monitor your blood sugar regularly. Make a diary of your readings at least 3,4 times a day at different times like before breakfast, before lunch, before dinner and bedtime. Followed that Consult good Endocrinologist.. All the best
