Fasting blood sugar 107 random is 140. Urine after every 3 hours but low in volume. My HBA1C is 7.5.

Sir I did blood test in which toxic elements category Barium level is shown on higher than normal range i.e 39. ug/l. How can i reduce this. And what problems it create. My other elements in heavy metal test are normal.

Is diabetis 100 % hereditary and how can we prevent Kindly suggest any preventive medicines or vaccines available.l
