I have sugar problem.i am taking the medicene and insulin 20 units ( lintus) in night and glimepride 2 mg metfoemin 500 in the morning and gilmepride 1 mg and metformin 100 mg in night and calvus met 50?500. but now a days my sugar level vary.fasting avg 150-180 pp 214 to 310 and random 196 to 296.what to do

Can u plz sujjest a good way for fasting , jus wanna give rest to d stomach ,get sum anti oxidents... Plz sujjest
