I did thyroid profile test. my t3 t4 is normal. tsh is 11.5, how much i need to increase the dosage.

But still it is more then 250 blood sugar. Kindly suggest me for better medication. Symptoms: pain in whole body specially in legs

I was an obese male child, but on the onset of puberty, I started developing buttocks and thighs resembling women. I have already undergone Gynecomastia surgery at the age of 14. Today at the age of 24 I'm 123kg with thighs bigger then size 46. I have women's gait while walking.No amount of treadmill and diet is helping me reduce inchs and weight.

I am diabetic got tests done today. Fasting is 96 and PP is 104. I was having glimisave m1 till today.dr advised to start with voglibite m 0.2.i got to know that it should be avoided if suffering from heart disease. I have hypertension and use metocard xl 50 &Telday40. Is voglibite advisable for me as it is used when other drugs don't work. Advise
