Any branch in ahmedabad .when diabetes diagnosed on 8july.that time it was 280/380.now it is 110/180.but my weight lost 12 kg during 2 month.how to gain weight

My mom was having a thyroid problem and TSH level was 25 and she was taking thyronorm medicine of 100 MCG for 4 months. Now again she has undergone a thyroid check up and now the thyroid level is reduced and the TSH level is 0.158. what should she do whether to stop that 100 MCG medicine or to continue?

I've been having hand tremors and weakness for a long time which have exaggerated in the past one month. I am also thin despite eating well. I ve increased appetite in the last 1 month . Slight exophthalmos. Sweating.
