Can I take femilon my baby is 6 months old and on my feed I never get periods so my doctor recommended it is it safe to take at this time?

Diabetes. How does it happen? Also, why do some people lose weight due to diabetes but other gain weight? My sister has it and she lost weight in a very scary way, she shed like almost 15 kg since last month. How can I avoid getting it?

I've been not sleeping well since 2 years now, my face is swollen, hair has gone gray, very dry and rough (falls like anything), more breakouts in face, dark marks that done fade away, my digestion is nasty (sticky, smelly), even if I sleep for 6 hours (that's the maximum) I wake with body pain (mainly in lower back , upper back and shoulders) , I feel very tired by late afternoon, not being able to concentrate , remember , learn new things. I haven't actually taken any medicines prescribed by doctors, its just that I am relying on "Ayurveda" and natural way to control it. Although, it is controlled to greater extent in the starting. But I haven't really cared for it. In the recent past I had seen my Blood Sugar level suiting up values 580 after food. Now, its around 300 that's because of my diet and "ayurvedic" medicines. I don't have much idea of how my organs are getting affected. I have some problem as foam in my urine .

My mother's had a opherectomy 2 years back with overies were also removed but now she heavily fills chest burn,heartburn,night sweats,hot flushes, average bp 140/90 does she need on therapy? what is its benefit?side effect? How long she need to do this?what may be the cost?
