I have a wound which is healed but surrounding the wound skin keeps peeling and superficial wounds appear on my leg around ankle. What should I do for that?

I was taking 75mg of thyronorm medicine and my TSH was in the normal.range for two months. But after that I got tested again and TSH was 9.23 .So , dose was increased to 100 mg. Now.i got tested and result is 0.21. I want to know that should I reduce the dose again ?? What is the reason for the fluctuations in the result?

Hello Doctor, My father is 64 years old having BP,Sugar,Cardiac problems. Quite often my father is complaining that he is feeling very sick like energy was drained,not feeling like to eat food,contipation etc.. Last time he was completely down and took him to hospital they said some sodium and potasium levels are down hence weakness. could you suggest some prescription for this problem Thanks in advance.
