Frequent urination.
3 months ago I was going through some rough time and I kept eating sweets for every meal plus fizzy drinks. I kept going like this for almost 2 months. I noticed some changes that made me worry: one of them is the frequent urination; I'm always hungry and thirsty, I gained weight; and sometimes I get this blurry vision. I stopped eating sweets and started to eat healthy food for a month already, I consume 3-4 teaspoons sugar and once a week I might have a dessert. But the symptoms still exists.

It's less likely to be diabetes. The best way is to get your blood sugar fasting checked. If it's normal we have to look for other causes of polyuria
