I recently got my thyroid checked up for the first time got my report in which the T4 shows a little higher than reference range should I get it consulted as it's just .1 difference .

My TSH level is 68.80 which dosage can I use pls tel me? Tt3 tt4 levels are normal.

I was on BCP for treatment of PCOD for a year, which I discontinued and started homeopathy and now have missed my periods for almost 4 months.

My mothers both feet are swollen. She has been a diabetic for several years. And has diabetic neuropathy. There was a cut on one of her fingers which didn't heal. And now theres clear liquid coming out of it. And she's worried that it might turn to gangrin. How to recognize gangrin? And do diabetologists look after feet or are there different doctors for that? Is it because of neuropathy? How to check nerves in her feet. I'll be taking her to hospital tomorrow.
