Hormonal Imbalances

My Father is a diabetic cum heart patient.He is on allopathic medicines as per doctor's prescription .I just wanted to know if IME9 tablets are good to consume or not.He feels low energy all the time.So if something can be suggested will be highly appreciated

After test result shows(pls find attachment) TSH more than 150 FT4 0.48 FT3 2.06 Please advise as it seems high TSH and low FT4.

I have been having irregular periods since last 8 months With gradual increase in weight

I had to miss my birth control pills for one month. As it got closer to the time to begin taking my pills again, I realized I put on close to ten pounds. I exercise regularly and I was slacking in my eating, but not enough to make me gain such a large amount of weight in a short period of time. At first, I could not see a difference in my body, but now, my arms, legs and midsection always look swollen. I began taking my pills again Sunday and my weight remains the same.

She has been on thyroid medication for several years. In the latest blood test report her TSH is below 0.01. kindly advise if this is abnormal and what needs to be done.
