I want to be pregent..bt because of pcod i would nt do so..what shuld i do?

I am taking Okamet 2tabs.X BD and Glimpiride 1mg -1tab OD and Amlokind 10and Biselect 10 X OD.My fasting blood sugar is 127, HBA1C is 7.6, creatinine is 1.12 and Cholesterol LDL is 129.7. Please suggest medication.

Did a thyroid test recently. Got TSH values between 4-5 from 3 test results. Also have slight ringing in the ear for a few days. Trying to conceive so wanted to check if this will have an impact and does it need treatment.

Need clearance certificate from endocrinologist to get gallbladder removal surgery(laparoscopic) done. Patient has sizophraniac. Otherwise not diabetic and no thairod. Do we need any blood test to hav clearance certificate??

Thyriod disorder detected six months ago to me with TSH 70 %. after consulting to doctor and proscribe medicine with 100 mg dose daily reduce.now 6.14 ,and continue with dose. now facing major pain in legs morning wakeup time ,laginess, swollening in feets and weight gain . please suggest is this due to thyroid disorder or any thing else.whom specialist I may contact.

I did the HBA1C, OGTT and TSH test as recommended by a doctor in cloudnine.My report says HBA1C - 9.7 Avg Glucose - 231.69 Fasting Sugar - 191 H 1 hour post load - 326 H 2 hours post load - 398 H TSH - 7.325 H This looks higher than normal. What would be your suggestion on diet or medicines?
