Hormonal Imbalances

I have type two diabete. I maintain a healthy diet. I exercise 1 hr a day. Mostly I walk. My average suger level is 7-9 mmol. The doctor said its normal. My question is, if i can maintain this suger leve, still there will complications? or i can lead a "normal human" life?

Hi I am a diabetic patient, having diabetes from last 3 yrs. Now I am taking glypride 2 medicine regularly once before breakfast and once before meal at night...But still my sugar level is so high, and not reducing.

I have been diagnosed with pcos two years back. I took birth control pills and aldactone 100 for three years before that for acne and facial hair growth. After the treatment, there was considerably e reduction in acne and facial hair growth ( used to grow late after removing, in a month or 45 days and thin). Endocrinologist told me to keep taking the tablets still. I stopped using them since one year. Since, last three months l have extreme acne and facial hair growth. Should I start tablets?
