Today my mom has visited for TSH test n it was found that 14.21 More than normal level. What could be the reason of increase TSH level hormone?

How does my dr's lab work determine my a1c without having blood tests done other than once every 6 months or less? I was diagnosed as diabetic without ever having a random glucose test higher than 119

My uncle had a consistent HbA1c around 7.2 to 7.5 from past 6 months n suddenly his review check up revealed a 10.5 n also FBS around 300...what could be the reason...he is taking basalog 25units along with diamicron and trajenta...n in past even with 16 it was under fair control

I experience fatigue most of the times. My body temperature is below 97 all time. Intermittent constipation. Difficult to maintain weight.

Being a hypothyroid patient, i understand that nly need to monitor our TSH .. monitoring AMA (TPO Antibodies) is not important However after reading few other articles in online .. High AMA may damage the Liver tissue or will arrive liver related problems ?? How true is this ?? (Does AMA for liver and AMA for thyroid are two different things ?) If there is prone to damage the liver .. then how to avoid that situation (precautionary steps)

I HAD A TREATMENT OF TUBERCULOSIS FOR AROUND 10 MONTHS DURING THAT PERIOD(DEC-2015 TO SEP-2016) I GOT HOSPITALIZED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AFTER COMPLETION OF MY MEDICINE AROUND TWO-THREE MONTHS I STARTED GAINING WEIGHT AROUND MY STOMACH AND FACE. I AM NOT ABLE OF TO UNDERSTAND WHATS THE PROBLEM AND DUE TO MY HECTIC OFFICE SCHEDULE I AM NOT ABLE TO VISIT THE DOCTOR. PLEASE HELP.

My Mother she is 65 years...suffering from diabetes from last 10 years .....in spite of dieting her sugar level is FBS--141 and PBS---279....and she is taking Glycomet--500,pioglitazone 15 mg,vaglibose 0.2 mg,eliwel,Atorvastatin,Glimulin--1mg.....Kindly help if any other tablets she can take to bring down the sugar levels.....she is on a diet

I am 74 years old. I am sugar patient and Thyroid last 11 years. Usually I take only 1 tablet for sugar and 1 for Thyroid. Last 2 month ago I consult with doctor and he gave me 2 medicine high power for sugar and 1 for nerves medicine. After few weeks I was vomiting and test my blood by suggesting with other doctor. They found as my report that sodium and Hemoglobin have been decrease and Potassium has been increased. Please letting me know what I have to do. Also my body is shaking a lot.
