Hormonal Imbalances

I am 56, female, Fast blood sugar 112(80-110) and post blood sugar 130(100-140) as per lab testings. So i am considered as pre diabetic. can i use this M-21 ayurvedic tablets. currently i am using "vogue2" tablets.. please suggest.

In recent times my sugar level increase please suggest but I am not taking insulin only take medicine.

I have done the GTT TEST as well . I got the report as fasting 179 and 75g glucose given after 1sthour 315 and 2nd hour 205 was my sugar ? Hence I want to know is this gestational diabetes or I have diabetes ??

I have been feeling thirst and urination for 3 weeks now. I thougt that to be normal as i had recently moved to delhi from colder place hence a lot of sweating. I felt little weakness as well hence drank glucond. I feel a lot hot here and used cold drink usually. But two days back i went to see doctor who prescribed sugar test. Fasting sugar came 300 and after food it came arpind 550. I did random test as well which came around 330. Urine test for ketone also came positive. Pls suggest.
