Hormonal Imbalances

My mother is a diabetes patient from last 21 years. She was taking an Ayurvedic medicine called Hyponidd made by Charak from the beginning. But now this medicine stopped working. Someone suggested her to take IME 9 tablets but it's making her tired and sleepy. I saw several negative reviews about IME9 on the internet and I want her to stop this medicine. But I need a good medicine to control her sugar level. She don't want to take allopathic medicines because of side effects. Please suggest a good Ayurvedic medicine for her.

After taking 25units of insulin in thethe morning Sugar level.is 370 by 7.30pm

I am having symptoms of Thyroid overmedication like heart palpitations and fast heart rate, trouble falling sleep, Anxiety, etc. my last TSH levels 2.96 as on 18/08/2017. I was using 50 mcg switched to 25mcg currently stopped the medication since 25 days due to above symptoms. Please advice.

I had my date for menses on 26 Sept but I had an ipill on 18 Sept due to which I started bleeding on 23 Sept and it lasted for 3-4 days with light spotting towards the end but now I again started to bleed on 7 Oct which is not happening in a usual manner. It's light accompanied with pain in stomach and back. So what could be the reason ? Is their anything to worry? ND I am a type 1 diabetic from past 14 years and is insulin dependent but my blood glucose level remains in control.
