I am not sure whether I have diabetes. Here are the things that I feel are not normal . Heavy eyes almost the whole day, even though I get 7 hours sleep. I generally go to bed around 12 . I feel sleepy after waking up even after a good sleep . I do have allergic rhinitis and I sneeze a lot in the morning, have watery eyes. Can this be the reason for the above things? . I don't have any urine issues. It seems normal . But in general I feel a little lazy the whole day. I just don't get the enthusiasm to exercise. Should I visit a doctor and get some tests done? Thanks
