Am 27yr old man from navimumbai. Sir hair growth in my face and chest area were very low. How I improve my facial hair growth Is this causes lower testosterone level?

Endocrinologist told me to keep taking the tablets still. I stopped using them since one year. Since, last three months l have extreme acne and facial hair growth. Should I start tablets?
