Hormonal Imbalances

Need clearance certificate from endocrinologist to get gallbladder removal surgery(laparoscopic) done. Patient has sizophraniac. Otherwise not diabetic and no thairod. Do we need any blood test to hav clearance certificate??

Thyriod disorder detected six months ago to me with TSH 70 %. after consulting to doctor and proscribe medicine with 100 mg dose daily reduce.now 6.14 ,and continue with dose. now facing major pain in legs morning wakeup time ,laginess, swollening in feets and weight gain . please suggest is this due to thyroid disorder or any thing else.whom specialist I may contact.

I did the HBA1C, OGTT and TSH test as recommended by a doctor in cloudnine.My report says HBA1C - 9.7 Avg Glucose - 231.69 Fasting Sugar - 191 H 1 hour post load - 326 H 2 hours post load - 398 H TSH - 7.325 H This looks higher than normal. What would be your suggestion on diet or medicines?

I check my blood suger from last week and i found that fasting is around 250-300 and after meal is around 300-400. please sugest me medicine and diet so i can control my blood suger

I having suffered typhoid and jaundice 4months back before suffer typhoid and jaundice my sugar level is morning 90 and after meals 110 but after I suffered typhoid and jaundice my sugar level is morning 122 and after meals 158

My TSH has increased to 6.4 as compared to below 3.5 in May 2016. T3 and T4 levels are within normal range. Weight is increasing and hair have turned rough. I have got the test done twice but values are same.
