Diabetes and diet plan
I've diagnosed high blood sugar on 29th August 2017. (322mg/DL) PPS. And I've gone again FBS & RBS on 4th October 2017 it was FBS- 140 and PPS 205. Again gone to test on 22nd October 2017 FBS -170 & PPS 290. Why it goes high. I'm in everyday excrise & diet meal plan having millets. Pls give some suggestions. FBS urine sugar is 0.5 & PPS urine sugar is 1.5 .

Your Sugars are on the higher side.Diet and exercise are important but will take time to show results

Take a diet that is free of sugar or jaggery. Fill up with plenty of vegetables,about 1/2 kg per day and fruits of about 250 gms/day Go easy on Cereals about 150 gms a day and cooking oil about 1/2 litre per month Have small frequent meals See a Physician for your medication Continue diet plan and exercise for about 1 hour per day
