Blood Sugar and high SGPT and SGOT
My Blood Sugar level is around 150 on average and the SGPT and SGOT levels are 104 and 82 respecticely. I have not been on any sort of medications yet. My weight is 92 kgs and my hight is 5 feet 6 inch and my age is 30 yrs.

Most likely your sgpt and sgot levels are high because of a condition called as fatty liver. It will come down with dietary changes, regular exercise, control of blood sugar and weight reduction. If it doesnt come down in 3 months time, other causes will need to be evaluated.
