Diabatic not in control
I am diabetic last.10 year but everything was good but last six month I hv left morning walk due to change in my job hv no time for morning walk and my hb1ac is 10.6 and fasting 208 and I am taking medicine gilimisi forte 4mg with one janumet 50/500 and one ppg.03 and same.combination with gilimisi forte 3 mg in the evening now what should I do . I do control.on sweet also.

Try to make some time for exercise. It appears like it is time to switch to insulin. Consult your doctor
