My t3 level is 115.64 T4 level is 8.20 And TSH level is 5.076 What does it mean? Do I have thyroid? Can anything be done control naturally

I was diagnosed with PCOS and prediabetes last fall. I cut back on alcohol consumption after many years of abuse. Now when I do have several drinks it seems my body isn't allowing it to metabolize as fast and I Black out quite often when drinking. I was wondering what process in the body causes the alcohol to metabolize slower and/or why my body takes so long to work through it and make me ill for a full 24-48 hours after consumption has ended. Does it have any affect with the insulin resistance

My father have diabetic, and he is 62 years old. His fating level was 143 and PP was 253. He is using paneer phool in morning 7 pieces with soaking water. Is it safe on regular basis. Does paneer phool have any side effect. His homocysteine was already increased- 35

Doc has prescribed Galvus 50/1000 in place of Istamet 50/500. Is this the same medicine from a different company with different strength?? Does this effect pancreatic functions to control blood sugar or does it enhance the functions of insulin shots? Thank you.

I have been advised to take 37.5 mcg Thyronorm on weekends. Can I take 12.5 mcg tabs in combination of 3 Tabs to make 37.5mcg. or 2 tabs to make 25mcg. As I already have them with me.
