I cant control my weight but my food cant control some like becaus l cant run and healthy problems ok

I'm diabetic and taking metformin at 850mg twice with 2mg glimepride tablets now I'm planning to go for ship as I'm working in merchant Navy so is it allow to bring medicine with me and also how can I reduce my sugar levels my fasting is 254 and pp is 342 plz advice me if possible and which medicine give me results to decrease my sugar level to normal as I need to. Hello sir, my wife has found her TSH level below 0.01. Earlier it was 1.84.. she is using 75 mg of Thyrox continuously. What should i have to do. Should i close the medicine for few days or should i reduce the dose of Thyrox. Plz suggest.
