My father is having diabetes and there was a operation done before 3 years on his left foot for diabetic foot. operation was done at downside ankle part. there is gap of 1 inch still get to filled. for now he is experiencing some irritation in his both legs and his right leg is also swells up when he walk for little distance. need help for making him recover good and need suggestion for same

My son has been overweight in the past but has now has lost considerable weight with diet and exercise. We need to determine if he has gynocomastia or if he simply has excess fat in the breast area that can be reduced with further exercise. My family DOES have a history of Gynecomastia which I also had, and had to get the breast tissue surgically removed. I understand that nowadays this condition  might be treatable with liposuction  or other less invasive procedures. Hello doctor I am 31 yes old male and I am a diabetes , I have done LFT for medical fitness purpose at that time my sgpt was elevated as 126 and I consult with doctor he prescribed me heptagon , ursocol 300 and Celina 500 too. For the past 20 days I have been taking medicin but the level is reduced to 100 only..I don’t have any other health issues except this. What is the solution for this, kindly suggest me

Hi, I’m a 40 year old female. None diabetic (3.8). Normal BP (110/70). Full check up revealed no health issues except being obese. So the doctor requested to test the thyroid, Vitamin B12 and D25. Vitamin B12 is within normal range. D25 is low. Free T3 normal (4.81), Free T4 normal (14.57). TSH is High (4.28). Does this indicate Hypothyroidism? Given that Free T3 & T4 are normal.
