I m 35 yrs old women suffering from thyroid and diabetes. I m taking medicines of the same. Now, had a complete body check up in which Iron is 29, Vitamins B32 is 6...ESR is 218...Homeoglobin is 10 n so many fluctuations. Plz recommend Vegetarian Diet.

Is it mandatory to take medicine for diabetics, actually I'm controlling my blood glucose naturally by diet and exercise, my fasting gulcose is 110 and 2 hours after test is 140 without taking medicine. But my doctor is asking me to take medicine, what should I do.

I am diabetic with hypertension patient.I am taking following medicines. Reclide40mg,Ondero5mg,Eslo2.05mg&moxovas.2mg for the last one month.I would like to know if these medicine could be replaced by Ayrvedic medicine.My Blood pressure was 170/90,Creatine was 2.74,HbAC-8.6%and RBS was 320mg/dl last month before above medicine was taken.pl advice any alternative Ayurvedic medicine
