I am suffering from pcos and i m increasing my weight day by day and i m not getting periods regularly

I have a solitary thyroid nodule in left lobe having size 26x16x25mm. and after FNAC report comes BETHESDA Cat III. May please suggest what should I do? Is there any medicine option or surgery option? In USG report No significant cervical lymph nodes. A solitary thyroid nodule in left lobe with internal vascularity and No microcalcification is seen.
