Initial stage of Diabetes
5-6 months back she had blood sugar test but no diabetes was found.
Recently i checked my mom's blood sugar at home. Her blood sugar was 125 at fasting & 195 after meal.
*what should be done at this initial point so that condition returns to normal ?
*Does she need any other clinical test concerned with diabetes ?

Advice her to follow diabetic diet and start regular walk. Get her HbA1C tested once in 3 months. As and when HbA1C goes up, she will need to start treatment
