Is there any cure for migraine in homeopathy. I just started a homeopathic medicine ( I don't know the salt)  and doctor told me I will be alright in 1-2 months. I want to know is there any side effects of medicine, I just started it. Will I be alright. Plz someone guide , I'm worried about side effects..

I was on dydrogesterone tablet 2 times a day from last 20 days as i had blood spotting a month ago and got admitted in hospital...from last 3 days i am having vomiting 2 to 3 times a day or else i cannot eat food.i feel i am tearing my esophagus while vomiting..I had my NT SCAN today and everything was completely fine.Today when I vomitted in the afternoon i saw my vomit was black in colour..this has been for one time till now...
