Hello Doct, I am experiencing moderate pain during an erection. I had a congenital curvature noticed since adolescence which was about aprox 20 deg until the age of 30. Now since last 5 years it has increased a lot and is between 40~ 45deg. I am now experiencing moderate pain during an erection and have difficulties for a sexual intercourse. The nerves on the penis looks very hard at some points and have slight redness and pain during an erection. There are bulged veins under the foreskin  and on the penile shaft which hurts a lot. Are these signs of any major issue?  I also remember an injury 9 years ago during a sexual intercourse.  Could this be due to the previous injury or due to excessive masturbation?
