I want to reduce my weight
I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism 4 yrs back but i was maintaining a good thyroid hormone balance that i was never diagnosed with increased TSH levels again . But 2 months back i was diagnosed with a large haemorrhagic cyst in my right ovary and after that i started gaining weight and now it is very difficult for me to lose weight and balance my hormones and sluggish metabolism.please suggest me what to do .
