Hi All, Need your opinion/advice . Recently when I did my Ultrasound pelvis and MRI pelvis scan . Radiologist has provided below findings. Need your inputs whether below cyst is curable without surgery as I am planning.Well defined T1 and T2 heterogenously hyperintense complex cystic lesion showing suppression on STIR and blooming on GRE noted in the left adnexa extending anterior to the uterus measuring 72 x 68 x 59 mm (CC x TR x AP). Eccentric T2 heterogenously hypointense intra-cystic nodule (Rokitansky nodule ) noted measuring 30 x 25 mm. Few adjacent compressed left ovarian follicles noted inferiorly. Edematous ipsilateral ovarian vascular pedicle noted. - Another similar heterogenous complex cystic lesion measuring 42 x 35 x 38 mm (CC x TR x AP) noted in the right ovary. - Minimal free fluid noted in pelvis. - Plane between urinary bladder, uterus and rectum are well maintained. Parametrial fat planes are well maintained. - No pelvic lymphadenopathy. - Visualized

Breathlessness even in little activity. Not known allergy. On Niveoli inhaler. Added Adel-10, Aspidosperma Q, Vanadium - 30, but no relief. Please advise. Thanks
