Anxiety and negative and over thinking
My son is 22 years old suffering from anxiety and overthinking because of which he has become very irritable and get angry and use bad words on small things later on he regrets but again after 1-2 days he is same He has been suffering from anxiety from last 5 years He is on flunil 40 but I don't want to give him more allopathic medicine so Presently from last 2 days I have started natrum mur 30 tds and kaliphos 6 x but I want to know if any other homeopathy medicine can be given along natrum mur 30 and kaliphos 6x especially for his anger issues and negative thoughts

You cannot replace an eye for an eye viz Natrum mur for flunil. It doesn't work that way. Prescribing on the basis such meagre information would be foolish in a sensitive case as his. He can be treated permanently by Homeopathy if a proper case is taken and constitutional medicine is prescribed.
For now, he can start having:
White chestnut (10 drops in quarter cup of water thrice a day)
Cherry plum (10 drops in quarter cup of water thrice a day)
Rescue remedy (10 drops in quarter cup of water thrice a day)
Have each medicine in 5 minute gap. Don't have everything together. It won't work.

Natrum Mur 30 and Kali Phos 6x are well-chosen remedies for anxiety and nervous exhaustion, especially in sensitive individuals. However, for sustained improvement, a detailed case-taking is essential to understand his emotional triggers, personality, past history, and overall constitution.
