Fungal Infection Along with Urticaria
Hello Doctor, I am experiencing some sort of a fungal
Infection under my underarms (Ringworms sort of, red patches, it appears after sweating and feels very itchy particularly during afternoon and night) and slightly on both the thighs near groin area. I have attached the photos. Also I already have a urticaria issue. Is there a medicine to cure these in homeopathy? Thanks so much in advance.

Apart from the possibility of fungal infection,This might be due to an allergic reaction. If you are using perfumes or body spray then stop using for 15 to 20 days and observe if this is disappearing itself. If not and this keeps getting worse then consult a physician.

The above picture which you have attached it looks like urticaria…
And the symptoms which have mentioned like itching aggravates during night and from sweat, it feels like fungal infection ( may be in groin region u r having fungal infection)
