Hi Doctor I wanted to know is taking homeopathy medication increase in sugar and Hbac1 level I heard it will slightly increase

I have lax les and erosive gastritis due to which I got constantly burping and acid reflux and chronic cough especially cough that worsens. Does homeopathy can help in this dealing with lax les,erosive gastritis and chronic cough ?
