Last few days my forehead hairs are falling kindly suggest the regrowth of my hair. At the same time my hairs are thinnning kindly give some remedies to overcome this

I am usually a physically active person as in i work out in gym.. But in this jan 2025 i did not work out due to office workload, and i am 81.2 kgs.. I missed my periods in jan. i usually get my periods on time. I also had proper cramps and all symptoms when in jan my dates were near.. but then it did not happen. I read articles here and bought janosia ashoka homeopathy mother tincture having it in half cup of warm water 15 drops twice a day from jan 31st. I had a case of pcod when i was in grads. I had treatment and then it is being normal. Can anyone please suggest if It is going to be helpful and if there is any suggestion should i use another homeo medicine?

I have hypersalivation.. Salivary gland scan report is normal. Tried many allopathic experts but in vain.. My all blood tests are normal...now my homeopathic doctor suggest mercsol30 three times a day and lyssin 200 with one day gap for one month. How much time it wil take to cure.. Pls must answer reply

I am a 36-year-old woman experiencing lower back pain, with severe right flank pain last night that disrupted my sleep. I took Paracetamol 650 and applied Volini spray, which provided some relief but did not fully resolve the pain. This morning, the pain persists but is less intense. Dear doctors, I am suffering from pain during erections. I also have a severe curve in the penis, which seems to increase over time. It was almost straight earlier and now since 3~4 years it has curved to about 40deg, I am not sure if this is due to my over masturbation habits. 4 month ago I was feeling pain in my lower back and tailbone bone area then in November 2024 when my pain got severe I went to the hospital to visit orthopedic, the doctor asked me to get the MRI done for Spine and in the MRI disc herniation was found in all 3 section lumbar, thoracic and cervical, then doctor puts me on medication and physiotherapy And now after 2.5 months there is some relief in pain, you can on scale if earlier it was 10 but now it's 4 All medications have been stopped now, only physiotherapy on alternate days and some exercises are going..  but still whenever I do some activities or some work my pain gets started at lower back near sacrum joint and it feels like feverish for the whole day.. Attaching my reports.. please confirm further if the same can be addressed in homeopathy
