Hello sir/madam, My name is s sarath kumar. My age was 26 yrs. i have got heavy pain on stomach on december 2019.after that i have done my ultrasound and got report gallstone and fatty liver and size of gallstone is 8.9mm and have multiple galstone.but after 40 days i repeat the test and got 7.5 mm bigger size and no fatty liver. I have done homeopathy treatment. And know after4 months again done the test and got positive result and maximum size of gallstone is 5 mm. But in my report it also shows gallblader partialy distended.show is there any serious issue.or is there any treatment for this.

Lean and thin body wt. Only 50 kg and ht. Is 5.8 so please any medicine or diet plan. So that wt. Can be increased. Please help!!!

Hello doc, This is regarding my mother who is 52 years old. During night on alternate days,She experiences Dryness in throat indication tht she will get no sleep on that night.she is able to sleep on alternate days only. her sleep issue is such that when she is feeling that she is sleepy and on that day she is not going to get sleep, she will feel fresh ..no tiredness or sleepiness even when she has worked the whole day and leg cramps starts mostly on left leg..immense pain continuous till sleepiness feel comes...sleep feeling comes after 3am on these days when she won't be getting sleep. Alternate days sleep she gets..afternoon sleep is not possible  and if tried, she can sleep for 5 mins only in afternoon and then leg pain like cramps starts.. current age 52..menopause at 49 ...before menopaunse, had deep sleep...but now..sleep is very alert kind of sleep in which every 1 hour wake up...sound sleep is not even for 3 hrs.please help with medication. Thank you
