Nasal Polyps Fungal Sinusitis from last 1 year 6 months. Already taken allopathy, ayurvedic medicines now taking homeopathic medicines from 1 year but not relief. Can anyone please help to cure. Nose blocked, Forehead swelling and pain, Below are the taken medicines: Lemna Minor 30 Teucrium 30 Sanguneria C 30 Ammonium Carb 200 Nux Vomica 200 R84 Attached is my CT PNS report. Can anyone treat this for sure? No guess treatment please if anyone sure that they will cure then only reply I will consult with you quickly.

My blood reports shows variations in liver enzymes which are markedly at upper side.. Iron level also increase .. Vit. D deficiency but I am totally fit and fine with no any complaints.. Like nausea, jaunndice, weakness nothing So please advice what to do..? Which treatment is best for me

We are taking kadha made of following ingredients since last 57 days daily. Tulsi Ginger Turmeric Pudina Jaggery Cloves Black Pepper Methi Elaichi Garlic Ajwain Cinnamon Is it safe to take this kadha daily? Or need to skip some days?

My age is 29...my weight is around 70 kg and height is 5'6". Dear Dr As instructed by ayush ministry, to use arsenicum album 30c for purpose of enhancing immunity against covid19, i bought the same from BOIRON(france). Could u please let me know what should be the dosage?. And is it any side effecys if I am taking beta blockers and BP medicines as I am diagnosed dilated cardiomyopathy. Please help, i am outside india and not in a position to go to direct consultantion. Is is also okey to give to children of 8 years as well and what would be the dosage? Regards Sajid
